About the event fee
In addition to the services listed below for the festival weekend, the event fee covers the costs for the entire event organisation (preparation of the event, permits, GEMA fees, insurance, technical equipment, photo/video, route marking, printed matter, decoration, rental cars & travel costs, other material costs, rooms/accommodation and catering for staff and volunteers, tax advisors, annual accounts, taxes, etc.). Much of it is not directly visible for you, but inevitable and not insignificant. Our catering for the XXL athletes' buffet is unique in the running scene and goes far beyond the typical CP food. In addition, we organize the popular "TRAILDORADO on TOUR" event series with several dates per year in Germany and neighboring countries, which is free of charge for you up to now.

The "I like to move it move it" tarif is valid for exactly 24 minutes from the start of registration. Thereafter the following price scales apply: until 28.2.: 139 EUR, until 31.5.: 149 EUR, unti 30.9.:159 EUR (Upon availability. Late registrations are not possible). The time the mail was received (timestamp) counts.

Thereafter the following price scales apply: until 28.2.: 459 EUR, until 31.5.: 509 EUR, unti 30.9.:549 EUR (Upon availability. Late registrations are not possible). The time the registration was received (timestamp) counts.
* Since 2019, in addition to our fancy winner's cups and medals, there is also a really nice participant's medal as a souvenir for EVERYONE. We have to order them until end of August. In order not to produce unnecessary garbage and costs, the medal is guaranteed to all participants who signed up until 31 August. Please do not count on getting one if you sign up later.
